What Do We Provide?

We offer fantastic quality nutritional meals for the children.

Children’s energy requirements increase rapidly because they are growing quickly and becoming more active. They have a high energy requirement for their size. To achieve this energy intake, foods that are high in energy (and also rich in nutrients) and eaten as part of small and frequent meals may be necessary for younger children, who do not have large enough stomachs to cope with big meals.

It is with this in mind that we ensure a balanced menu is planned daily to help children grow and develop. Please see menu in each room for this weeks healthy meals.

 

We also offer nappies , sunscreen and wipes as part of our service. Children are changed regularly throughout the day and sunscreen is applied 20 mins prior to going into the playground.

 

All children are required to wear a brimmed hat whilst outside playing and a shirt with sleeves. Upon enrolment we will supply each child with a hat and shirt. Additional hats and shirts are available for purchase. Pleaase see your centre director for availabilty and price.
